Can I exchange or return my order?

Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange and the item arrives back to us in unused, unwashed, like new condition. Refunds will be made excluding shipping charges. Please note final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if my product is damaged?

Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full
refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process
your refund for damaged products here.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 3 weeks. Occasionally orders may
be delayed during periods of peak demand or due to inclement
weather. During periods of high demand, orders may be delayed.

We will notify you by email when your package ships and provide your shipment’s tracking information.

Do you accept orders by mail?

No, at this time we are unable to accept orders by mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship products outside the United States and U.S territories.

Are all products made in the USA?

The majority of our products are made in the USA. None of our products are made in China.
